3. Fees and Payments

• Term enrolments are charged as a full-term fee unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to illness, holidays or other personal reasons.
• In some cases, a make-up class may be offered where availability allows.
• If Monarchs Art Studio cancels a class or program, a make-up class or credit will be provided.
• Refunds for workshops or events may be offered if cancellation is made within a specified notice period.

5. Attendance and Behaviour

• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other students and the studio environment.
• Monarchs Art Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

6. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs prior to attendance.
• While all care is taken, participation in art activities is at your own risk.
• The studio maintains a safe environment, however minor incidents may occur during hands-on activities.

7. Collection and Supervision

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time.
• Monarchs Art Studio is not responsible for children outside of their scheduled class times.

8. Photography and Media

• Photographs or videos of student artwork and studio activities may be used for marketing purposes, including website and social media.
• No child will be identified by name without consent.
• Parents may opt out by notifying the studio in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images and materials are the property of Monarchs Art Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Programs

Monarchs Art Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, programs or instructors if required.

11. Liability
